Myers-Briggs Type Indicator - MBTI ®

This instrument allows individuals to identify their personality preferences. Versatility and applicability to all the fields where there is participation and interaction of human beings, as these preferences of personality are the ones that definitively mark our actions, attitudes and behaviors (leadership, conflict resolution, learning styles, communication, teamwork, etc.).


Emotional intelligence

I.E.5® evaluation instrument basically measures five important factors that constitute Emotional Intelligence focused on the evaluation of Relational Efficiency as the base for an individual and collective improvement.

The 5 personality factors considered by the I.e.5® instrument are:

  • Empathy
  • Emotional Maturity
  • Sensibility Type
  • Warmth
  • Exteriorization

This measurement is obtained by answering 100 questions and the result allows us to have a measure in each factor and a global grade that is obtained by adding all the factors and that measures the Relational Efficiency Coefficient (R.E.C.). Its important to remember that every factor is subject to change and that the results registered are never permanent. On the contrary, they represent the working base.


MAPP® - Motivational Appraisal of Personal Potential

This evaluation is based on each individual’s motivations indicating personal preferences towards certain tasks and jobs, communication and learning styles, and leadership style among others.

This is a versatile tool that Human Dimensions International uses for self-discovery and career exploration purposes for both employees and students and is crucial part of individual or group coaching programs and outplacement among others.
